QuickBooks Online has been a nightmare in terms of performance. Pages buckle, stall or crash at times upon refreshing. And it eats into billable time and money. I'd rather stick with the desktop version. That said, how does Xero compare in terms of speed and performance?

Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.
