When you look at all these stupid ideas trying ICO, it definitely feels like dot com bubble 2 is approaching. I still think a bulk of investment is going to more legit ideas, but a lot of alt coins are gaining higher valuations. When do you think we will hit the burst? End of 2018?

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.
