Received a Strategy Manager position 3 YOE at a publically traded company for ~105k. The roles I'm interviewing for are between 130-150k. What's realistic?

Guys, Is 40 lpa cctc very high salary for 15 years experience person in IT/Consulting services in erp oracle/sap? Whatever few calls I get do not come back and say that the budget for 15 years is max. 40 lpa so they can't give any hike....(not talking about big4)...is it the end of growth for a 15 years erp consultant!!!?

I just want to know the reason behind it and if there is a right answer to this question!

👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.

Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
