What are some ways you can connect/engage with an interviewer who seemed to be a little uninterested/unexpressive? I recently had an interview where my interviewer (partner) was not very friendly/engaging. I know everyone is different (and tbh it may have just been their personality or me misreading) but looking for tips on how to keep a good conversation going in these cases.
