AlixPartners can you please share about the TC and WLB for new parents?
I'm approached by the AP recruiter and in the final interview process for an SVP role (digital practice).
Already have two other offers (Strategy @ Walmart, 300K TC, and Marketing@ Amazon, 220K TC). 10 YOE
1. Will AP's SVP TC be higher than $300K? What's the breakdown?
2. Would you choose AP over Strategy @ Walmart or Marketing @ Amazon?
3. How difficult is it for new parents? I still want to spend time with my newborn.

August 2020. If (obviously up in the air) this offer comes through, is it fair of me to renegotiate comp due to my being promoted? Assuming they come back with an offer post-August.
Yes. Verbal offers don’t mean anything unless you sign the agreement physically. EY could come back to you with a lower physical offer due to “coronavirus financial concerns” or something like that. If they’re not locked to the verbal agreement, neither are you.

Yeah enough time has gone by that things have materially changed.
Thanks so much, appreciate it!
Are you prepared to stay? If so, just negotiate like crazy!
