Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

I gave many interviews but still I didn't get atleast one offer. I got selected in one company but they haven't given me offer due to notice period problem.Actually I worked as tester but i was trying to switch to data engineer I know the flow of the project I am trying to learn data engineer skills by my own, still getting rejections only. I am thinking about transferring to a much smaller private online program, specifically because they offer a concentration in organizational health, which directly builds on my doctoral research.
