Recently i got a call from HR offering a position in intel. Though i am not in dire need of any switch right now. But i am just wondering when there are huge layoffs going on in intel, why are they hiring right now ? What sort of restructuring is this ? Can anyone explain this ?Intel Corporation

Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Trying to be understanding but this is getting ridiculous- she/parents/dog/boyfriend are sick (8x), forgot about another urgent project (10x), WiFi is down or power is out RIGHT when I ask for help (5x).
