Recently, I received a promotion through my company Total Quality Logisitics from Sales Group Leader (SGL) to Sales Team Leader (STL)!

Thanks to TQL and the tools that it provides, I am able to gain knowledge in the logistics industry and learn how to deal with various situations that come with running freight. Can't express enough how beneficial TQL has been to my life and career.

This is targeted at other Project/Program managers. Right now I work in the Veterinary pharmaceutical business. I have been in an awkward reporting structure for 2.5 years. On record I’ve reported to the VP of Marketing, who was crazy toxic, and technologically inept. I’m a senior website manage and she had no interest in my role. She shirked me off to also report to her two directors, PR and Call Center. Needless to say, that’s been a difficult situation for me. She’s gone and the new VP starts tomorrow. Any guidance on how to ensure this ends with the incumbent VP?
