My role sr SQL developer I resigned the current job GOT ROLE in FICO child org as a solution integration consultant role -(AWS,PENTAHO ,SQL we will be using ) -offered CTC 25 fixed + 1L JB + 2.5 BONUS + 0.5 L WFH SETUP = total 29LPA if everything will go smoothly ( bonus vary with comp growth it can be between 1.8L to 2.5l .so final CTC will get down to 28LPA as well - Bangalore but WFH ).Current org retain with 25L +2 LP VARIABLE HYDERABAD COMPANY

Question for those in "tech" cities. I am in Northern VA and view this area as a potential tech destination of the future as FAANG moves towards servicing the federal govt (see HQ2). I initially thought TC was 199k, but it’s actually 180k. Should I say something like “I was expecting 220. Is there anything you can do like a sign on bonus/raise base a bit to help get to 220?” To see if they can bump it up a bit?

After two tech round received email for documents. HR said that she will discuss regarding my expected offer with the team after receiving documents from my side which I sent yesterday.
Today evening I got technical interview assigned mail with meeting invitation for today afternoon itself. It is very confusing to me.

Are they trying to take my one more round of interview? I was hoping to get offer after sending documents.
