How is Marsh & McLennan regarded in the MEA?
How bad can be for gap years?
Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

Rising Star
I’ve felt this way starting with a new team but within the same company. You’re right in that you’ll eventually get up to speed, and if you’re serious about feeling guilty then it sounds like you’re the type of person who’s going to actually make an effort to ask questions and learn and get up to speed, which I bet your team sees and appreciates. In the meantime, being the new person can have value in being a fresh set of eyes, if you do it right! Having an outsider challenge (in a helpful non-judgmental way) the status quo can often lead to finding more efficient ways of doing things, or add fresh perspective to old tired processes or deliverables.
Enjoy this time! It will get busy soon enough!
Lolll wait till you complain about workload and hours and feel like your checks aren’t nearly enough

I did this too this year, do not fret they will have you up and going insane work loads and hours in no time 😫 My work just shoved me in and now 2 months in I’m on more projects and hours than anyone on the team. I say enjoy this time and take it to learn and prepare for heavy workloads
