JPMorgan Chase Did a first round interview for a senior level position at JP Morgan.. hiring manager said I should receive a call back within a couple of weeks.. been over a month.. no intimation post that.. the HR in charge of hiring or scheduling haven’t replied to my emails on what comes next and haven’t scheduled anything. So should I consider this as a dead end ? Does this generally happen at JP? Feels weird that I have been ghosted after what I felt was a very good interview.. Was a good fit too.JPMorgan Chase
About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.
I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I requested for the minimum annual salary to be 75k. Does anyone have experience navigating the CUNY system and their pay?

Just literally take what you wrote, polish it just a bit send it to them now. Don’t overthink it
I also feel that companies value people who aren’t afraid to ask and go after what they want
I agree with this wholeheartedly. Finding authentic, unpretentious employees who really want to work for you is priceless.
Not impossible but def a long shot, they’ve almost certainly made an offer to the second choice

You might as well try if you still want the role. You have nothing to lose. I agree the team probably moved on, but you never truly know.
Just reach out asap
If you can't stop thinking about it, it's ok to let them know. There is a chance that they offered the job to someone else, but you'll only know if you try. It's normal to have difficulty making decisions about a job change, so just be gracious with yourself. Expect the best but mentally prepare yourself just in case. Good luck!
Give it a try. Maybe the position is still open, who knows? Reach out to them and let them know that you've changed your mind.
Give it a shot, my team has had an open req for six months so there’s a chance you were the only offer…no knowing unless you do
