Recently was on the Karat platform for a tech interview for a senior role. The interview engineer was lovely. Explained everything properly. Also wanted to see how my brain worked rather than actual code. Was an interesting experience and realised this platform (Karat) could not only be used to check deep tech skills, but also check how senior folks react to the situation when their skills are quite dated (or they're not hands on with code) and they're put under pressure.
