I’m interested too as a recruiter reached out for SAP role. Why would I join a firm now that’s laying off like crazy?
it's a big statement without having any knowledge of what's happening. Voluntary exit percentages have gone down over the last 4 years and we also see lesser demand in some areas. We are not laying of like crazy. We are running the business like any consulting firm would, improving margins to support business investments for future

i came in as an M so it is possible. RevCycle practice is pretty consistently busy.
Why wouldn’t you want to work here with such nice people. I work at Deloitte and deal in the healthcare landscape. You’re better off not applying. Plenty of firms with better Rev Cycle opportunities.
We have a big gap in market in revenue cycle which is why we are hiring. Don’t trust people who don’t know :)

Depending on your number of years and specific experience in rev cycle, you will likely come in as a SC or a specialist. D doesn’t typically hire in at the manager level as M1 said.
Essentially every direct hire manager I’ve interacted with in my 6 years at the firm has either gotten the boot or gotten the hint they were going to get the boot. The firm does no favors for them.
I’ll keep that in mind. The recruiter specifically said they are recruiting at the Manager level, but I’ll take that with a grain of salt. I’m former Epic, with 8-10 years experience in both clinical and rev cycle.
We are hiring for rev cycle. It’s a gap right now and have more demand than supply. That’s the truth. Take the interview and see where it goes.
I came in out of industry as a M within healthcare. Just be careful. They do no favors and I am a SME that does projects not related to my area of expertise. I’m trying to get back into industry. Not worth the jump.
