Wanted to understand what happens in FAANG companies if H-1b visa runs out and there is no I-140 in place to extend visa beyond 6 years. Do they transfer the employee to a non-US office E.g. Canada? Does anyone here been through this scenario?

What happens when you don’t receive any decision before October 1st from USCIS? My H1 is selected in the lottery but there has been no response at all after it. I am on valid F1 btw

1-140 premium processing, it took 2 business days to approve.

Any success stories with EB5? Who did you use? How were the investment terms? Been on H1b 9 years now and no end in sight with eb2 wait. Concerned with risk of outright fraud not 500k investment amnt.
