Recruiter peeps - if a CD/GCD level creative mentioned in their resume that they have close to 20 years of experience, how often that's a no no? Don't be shy, this is not to accuse you of anything. Just want an honest, straightforward perspective. No judgments. Only curious if mentioning this out front will do more harm than good.
