Rolling over 401k into Roth IRA help. I left consulting 1 year ago for a startup, and am now leaving the startup for VC. I have two accounts, one with Fidelity, another with Justworks. To roll my startup 401k into an IRA, do I first need to open a Fidelity Roth? Confused here. Help is appreciated.

Hello, I am going crazy. I am supposed to close on a house on Tuesday. The buyer did not perform an inspection and the lender did not order an appraisal. The lawyer says that everything is good on her hand but I am not sure if she is the deciding factor here. Can a home close without a physical appraisal ? I don’t have a closing time yet, just the date. My realtor reached to the lender and have no heard back.

I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.
