Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.

T-system : 27 LPA fixed ( 2 days a week WFO mandatory from DOJ)
Tech Mahindra : 26 LPA ( including 10% variable ) + 1lakh JB ( WFH for now)
Which one is good for better opportunity and WLB.

23-25 LPA but not many are willing to go that high for 5 years ( which is the industry standard 30-45% )
RAP skill is a plus point since not many are well versed with it

I have all the above skills along with BTP, CAP, and BPA. Current CTC Is 27 with 6 years experience.
