SAP ABAP vs Java Full Stack or Any other tech stack — Career & Salary Advice Needed

I have 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP and have knowledge in CDS, AMDP, OData, and RAP. I often hear that Java Full Stack developers get better salaries and faster growth, especially in product companies.

Is it worth sticking with SAP (considering S/4HANA and cloud) or switching to Java now or any other tech stack?

Which has better long-term salary, growth, and opportunities?

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range.
