Another surprising thing - I got default rating which is 2 star out of 5 without any reason( i confirmed from manager and client). Which got my variable pay to less than 50%. I reached out to HR multiple times. No one is replying. Many people on fishbowl also told me to not join but I joined which I regret now. I hope you don't do this mistake.
