I wouldn’t take less then $250k all in comp honestly
That’s pretty low…I don’t think I’ve seen those roles without a bonus before.
OP - i guess what is your role going to be? Like bring business, develop people in this practice, handle investment… i think the scope would dictate the actual compensation
This sounds right for a start up BUT I would definitely require equity, otherwise, why take the risk with no potential for a pay out
OP - seems pretty low. Glassdoor (take it with a pinch of salt) reports a Director of Mining in the US makes a base of 126-233k w/ additional pay of 74-138k. Putting your TC range in 199k-370k.
OP - follow up here: reports an average of 168k and an estimated total of 266k
