Looking for a role as a Python/Django Developer (Fresher). I have hands-on experience with Python, Django, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and MySQL. I'm particularly interested in Python and have been actively building projects and improving my skills. Open to entry-level opportunities where I can contribute and grow as a developer.

Got ibm offer but it's a different location from my city and they said its banking project so have to report to office soon. Any options to get role / project in my city itself without losing this offer ?

Isn't it possible to have a conversation with hiring manager in Amazon before joining. I tried to have a catch up with him regarding my roles and responsibilities, but my manager denied. I was told , that I will be only able to interact with him after joining. Now I am starting to give a second thought about joining Amazon.
Should I drop the offer?

I recently got a GM role at a mid sized transportation company overseeing P&L ($30-35 million) for a dozen markets.

I didnt have any P&L responsibility before. Do you guys recommend doing alot of 1:1 with a mentor or taking a particular self taught course where I can brush up my skills?

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. Are you responsible for giving performance feedback? Avoid giving personality based feedback. Examples include telling an Asian person they are too quiet/shy or telling a Black person they are agressive/abrasive. DO NOT DO THIS. It clearly represents bias in Performance Management. Performance feedback should be tied to business outcomes with clear examples of what the person does well + how they can improve.
