Salary for phlebotomist

I was promoted last week and given an offer that I think is too low. I am now a Senior Business Development Specialist. They offered me 70k +11.4K bonus potential (this represents a 9% increase). However, they increased my responsibilities by 35% to include sales operations, commercial strategy (pricing) and onboarding/constant training of new BDSs. To me these extra responsibilities are me in accordance to a manager position or a more substantial pay raise. I would really like thoughts!

After clearing all TCS interview rounds for the BA profile. HR shared the CTC breakup last week, even after accepting the salary breakup, I have uploaded all documents to the TCSibegin portal and all documents showing are verified now. Valid is a screenshot as well taken by HR on 29th June. Now they are saying " Not able to get approval from management for your profile. Hence will have to drop for now. What do the base salary raises look like at Google and AWS annually? I got there’s a stock refresh and vesting but really trying to gain insight on base.

Through 4 years at B4 I’ve received around a 13% raise every year give or take with some bonus. Talking to G and AWS recruiters though and just trying to gain some insight so I know what to expect.
