Works like a charm but it’s the worst form of torture as well lol. 7 mil first year and stayed around 8 mil last 4 years. First year 95% from door knocking. I slowly stopped over over time though. I averaged one new client per 100 people I talked to. I talked to about 3 people an hour. Knocked on literally 10 thousand doors
One of my very first door knocks was a recent divorcée with 1mm sitting in a money market. Earned my first div trip. It works because no one else does it and people remember you. I think it’s harder for men though, us ladies aren’t a physical threat so doors open more easily.
Yeah it works wonderfully, but sucks so bad most people stop doing it. It’s really that bad.
You sick person.
It works. My first 9 months in the business I brought in 5mil and then averaged like 7 the next few years. Granted all of it wasnt from knocking but a lot of it was. I was told before i left Jones that they are starting to move away from it in certain markets where it is less effective though.
👆same👆
I didn't mind it. For the most part, people were nice. And I was surprised at how many people were willing to divulge their financial information in the doorstep my first time meeting them. I actually kind of enjoyed it and got a salesman high everytime I had a good lead.
Sounds as bad as cold calling
^^^^ more effective but worse...
Way worse
