• JioSaavn (Navi Mumbai): 30L fixed + 2L JB + 3L variable
• Kroll (Hyderabad): 30L fixed + 2.5L JB

Prioritizing job security and work-life balance at this stage. Leaning toward Kroll to avoid relocation, curious how the job security and WLB are at JioSaavn, and Kroll especially on the data side.

I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
I am unsure of joining them in case I get a better counter offer, but I am a bit worried now since they already sent me a welcome kit. I am wondering what made them sure that I will join them and not any other company. Is it that after signing offer letter I cannot join other company?
