Senior Markerter here......reading lots of posts about keeping up with technology. I manage a team of 12-20 depending on what we have on the go. When I'm interviewing I score candidates like this:

50% - Attitude
30% - Will they fit with our team culture
10% - Experience
10% - Education

You can teach skills. You can't teach attitude and fit.

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I closed it but it was up long enough for them to see it. Now they both pretend like they saw nothing and I felt panic for some reason. How were your experiences when letting it out the bag early like that?

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about compensation structure at Allspring, or any opinions on the culture there. I would be in Charlotte.

I have got an offer from Meesho with base pay 15 LPA, and expecting an offer of around 18 LPA from a good Bangalore based company.

I wanted an offer of around 20-24 lpa ..how should I negotiate that ( also got feedback that interview rounds went really well) ?
