Serious question-how do people working full time, while also being on the job search/hunt, find time for phone screens/interviews during the work day/business hours? Do you just take time off each time you have an interview? Do you just do the interview at home (presuming it's virtual) and show as "busy" on Teams for the 30 min-1 hour of the duration of the interview?

Had an interview where they asked about salary. They asked what salary I was expecting and said that they pay 6 figure salary and I responded that I’d be happy with 6 figure salary. Would that mean they won’t offer me more than 100k?

I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.
So can anyone guide me what to do now , is there any criteria to switch the project inside the GL only? How easy is getting to another project with GL?

Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?
