I’m not bad with money but definitely lots of room to improve overall, due to several personal factors I don’t want to list in full here (numerous unanticipated medical bills, bad boyfriends, etc.) Hence why I only have $3k in savings right now. My first mini goal is to have $5k saved by the end of December. I need motivation and words of encouragement. If I pay off my medical bills, I won’t make my goal. Does having corporate NPS account make any difference? Ultimately we get 50k additional deduction only ,right? So between an employee giving a voluntary contri of 50k to an individual nps account and another whose employer's contri 50k to corporate account will give the same benefits, isn't this understanding correct?

Need help with a query. I had a joining bonus of 2LPA subjected to tax deductions. Now, since I am leaving within an year of joining, the company is asking me to pay back the complete 2LPA. In this case, what happens to the tax I have already beared close to 45,000. Will I get it when I file ITR?
