Hi ladies! I’m a severely burnt out funeral director looking to transition to a new career opportunity. I don’t know where to start bc my career is incredibly niche and I have no clue what I can do to get ahead. I’d ideally like to get into tech but anything that isn’t emotionally heavy like funeral service would work. Has anyone gone through something similar?

Everyone says microsites are dead but I’ve interacted with three super successful examples this week alone including the adobe creative type site. What say all of you?

Just got return to office email. People can start coming in 6/1 but still limited access. Seems like September will be a more official return. They’ve said 75% of us will remain hybrid wfh/in office after that (NYC)

Saw on LinkedIn that Georgia Pacific is letting vaccinated people return too the office now and soon will let all back who want to be - but if you are unvaccinated you must wear a mask and keep certain distance from others. Unsure of all of the details of that.

Our hybrid plan is either “1 to 3 days a week in office, or 1 to 3 days per month” (starting in September). They keep emphasizing that the future of work is flexibility

Leo group is remote until Sept 6 (unofficially) but offices are open now if you want to come in (Have to reserve a spot). No pressure to do so yet. Expected to be a hybrid model after, but it's all TBD.

Hi everyone! I’m an EA for a Property Management company, I wanted to get your opinion on a situation. We have an office manager, who is in charge of greeting clients and anybody who walks through the doors, returning of keys, etc., our office manager wants to work a hybrid schedule and we are not opposed to it as long as we can ensure client satisfaction and that the office is orderly. Has anybody been able to make this work?

What’s Omnicom’s policy on returning to office? Being told mandatory hybrid system will be implemented from Oct 4.

Can the hybrid model actually work?

People have gotten so used to just backing meetings up into each other. You logout of one and immediately jump in to another. I remember days full of meetings before but not at this volume.

I struggle believing this practice will cease with any percentage of the workforce at home. I don't subscribe to all or nothing but I'm interested in if this has been addressed. Has anyone's hybrid policy mentioned the future of meeting best practice?
