2. a startup CTC 9 no bonus

job security remains same

Ins-
Pros-better colleagues,opportunities, growth
Cons- less responsibility,work,waterfall, Learning, mumbai

Start-up
Pros- high responsibility, Agile,small town less expensive, get to work in multiple domains,greater learning, ESOPs,

Cons- no brand name, growth would be restricted in org,lesser employees,

If the ultimate goal is to move in pharma/biotech (bd / strategy type role), does prestige of consulting firm matter? Or would it be better to work for less known firm that may have more client facing opportunities?

Anyone looking at traveling to Costa Rica? Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.
