Unless you’re the type to want the mansion in the Hamptons, then obvi you’ll need to make moves. But, think about what you want. Not what people tell you to want.

You could be like me and work for an organization for 22yrs and get let go. If you have an opportunity like this, TAKE IT! If it flops or you try it and you don't like it, you are still young enough to start over #NOREGERTS
