Does anyone work or run a satellite office? I’m in a role where our satellite office has no designated leadership that sits regularly with HQ decisions makers. It’s me and an ECD expected to run the day to day with no visibility into the network. We routinely get agency decisions rolling down to us without guidance on how to implement. Currently working at CNA and have noticed that people that come into the company are making more than people that have been here for years. Is this common ? Also what is the average starting salary for an APD adjuster ?

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?
