Feel free to negotiate if you want, but remember, they can also have their own tactics for negotiation, including rescinding the offer completely.

It’s completely okay to accept as is, but I recommend trying to negotiate at least a little.
Knowing market rates helps
This - why do you feel the need to negotiate ESPECIALLY if it meets everything you’re looking for just because you think you have to? Only negotiate if (1) it doesn’t align with your needs and/or (2) you are getting swindled by an under-marker offer.
Always negotiate. There is always something you may be able to get; an addtl 5-10K in base, addtl bonus, education benefit, etc.

Someone on here recently claimed they negotiated and the B4 didn't budge and even took away the sign on bonus that was originally offered lol, so I guess be mindful of their business need before you go hard on negotiations.
I shared on a different post. I negotiated a range that I expected and they met me on the higher end of the range which I really wanted and a sign in bonus. Recruiter gave me everything I was looking for.
In addition, all the benefits added more value to my offer. If you feel like they have given you everything you asked for, be careful with being greedy. And this is coming from someone who tries to get the most of a company when I feel like I have earned it (out of cycle raise requests, bonuses, etc.).
Yeah, always negotiate a little, and make sure to factor in the “cost of opportunity loss” in your expectations. This could be higher raises because of high performance, bonuses, possible promotion you are leaving at your current firm.
If you’re talking entry level, those are usually inflexible. If you’re talking experienced level there’s not always room for negotiation, but if you feel the offer is unfair speak with them about your concerns and see what they can do. Generally offers aren’t intended to be low or offered with the intent to negotiate so there isn’t some expectation that you talk them up…but if you feel something is too low or off…nows your time to ask.
