Can someone please give me some upside and downside working at SIA’a cyber consulting field?

What kind of health insurance does SIA provides? Does the health benefit provide HSA / FSA? Does the health befit cover fertility treatment cost?

While most of the tech/cyber consulting are fully remote why does Sia still on hybrid? How many day do you guys come to office?

I am currently a Senior Consultant in KPMG Australia’s human capital advisory function - however I have been recently offered a role with Accenture Australia’s human capital advisory function as an ‘Associate Manager’ with a 15K salary bump and an enticing bonus structure - with some very cool clients that they mentioned to me in their interview round. The issue is, my KPMG Partner has mentioned that I *may* be up for promotion nxt July. I am so stuck, not sure whether to take it or not.

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.

Switched firms and new firm doesn’t pay any origination% of business brought in until the total $ brought in is mid-five figures. Standard? My book is below that threshold. Old firm paid 10%.

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?
