Hey guys! So I have a Top Secret Clearance and recently joined Amazon in a position that doesn’t require it. Would Amazon offer to host my clearance considering that they are looking for multiple people with this type of clearance? I’m open to cleared work but was hired for a commercial Strategy and just not sure if I should bring it up? Thought?

Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Hey guys can u share your base salaries at C lvl ?
92K, no signing bonus
By what percent did they beat your old salary by d3?
22%, one round of negotiations. Also have an MBA
Hey I have never changed jobs before acn was my first job so no experience negotiating. Can you share how you send the offer back or negotiated without sounding arrogant or dismissive ?
Also how technical is the final round ?
It wasn't really that formal of a negotiation. The recruiter made the first offer at $87K and I expressed disappointed. She said unfortunately they don't negotiate so I said I really need some time to think about it as I wanted the offer to reflect the market value of an MBA. A few weeks later she came back with a counteroffer of $92K.
My suggestion would be to do your research. Meaning, find out what others are making with similar experience (years of work experience, education, etc.) from credible sources so when you counteroffer you can show concentrate data.
Wow so you really need to call their bluff hard , and you did !
