JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.
I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)

Thank you for the feedback on the process. Whether it’s yes, no, or not now, candidate experience is really important to us and I’m glad to hear that we did well for you so far.
You should hear back in a reasonable amount of time regardless of the decision, so I wouldn’t read too much into it. I have been involved in both yes and no decisions, and in virtually every case, the practice team’s decision is made within a day or three, and from there it is up to the recruiter’s capacity. Again, we strive for timeliness, but I’m hesitant to put a number on that since I’m not directly involved in your case.
Good luck!
Wish you the best of luck OP.
Alright so I heard back from the recruiter and they want to discuss the feedback from my case study interview over the phone. Normally, my experience has been an email stating an offer or a rejection at this point. Is this the norm now? Verbal rejections with feedback? Excuse my ignorance....it’s been a while since I’ve interviewed for external jobs😬
Hey, could you give some insight into the case study?
