Came in at consultant level to consultant level and they were pretty firm. Offer was substantially more than what I was making at ACN. Was able to negotiate additional 3k to base and 3k sign on

Regarding roles and experience: Slalom is super flat and titles do not correspond with years of experience directly. We have Consultants who have 20+ years experience. Likewise, we have Principals with 8-10. It's more about what you want to spend your time doing.
What level is senior consultant? What are the levels and general years of consulting experience?

Have had a 10 second convo about current salary with recruiter, but don’t want Slalom to just match it and give me an offer (if that ends up happening), when should I bring up comp again?
The recruiting methodology is different in each city, but generally they'll assign you negative marks if $ is your top motivator. So be careful. Your desired salary seems reasonable enough to play it by ear.
