@slalom, i have applied and interviewed for an associate consultant role and have passed both the technical and behavioral interview. I have an interview with a director on wednesday. looking for insight on if this is typically an interview or a meeting for an offer.

Potential new job is flying me across the country….for a one hour interview. Red flag? Or just a formality since they want me to relocate so I can see what it’s about?

How do you turn down an offer that a recruiter has helped you get after multiple interviews? We had a great connection and they seemed very sincere not pushy. I was working with two recruiters, went through several interviews, and finally deciding on one best suited for my career goals.

Need advice. I was brought onto a program to guide a huge transformational change + to shape the msging. It’s been landing flat with execs + leaders don’t understand the program / think it’s too overwhelming.
