HI BCG Fishes, I am Currently a Quant in the FI looking for a change. I got approached to join BCG GAMMA as Solution Lead. Any feedback regarding the Solutions Track in GAMMA is it worth taking I havent been able to find much about this track?

What is the typical team size a Deloitte Manager leads? I have about a year of experience leading a small team (3-5 people) and am at the Associate level at Booz Allen.

Would I be better suited for Deloitte SC or Manager level? I have 8 YOE total and 3 YOE in consulting. I have plenty of experience managing workstreams, just not a lot of people management. Not afraid of a challenge but also don't want to set myself up for failure if I'd be expected to jump in and manage 50+ person teams...

I have been working as a Sr BA with 3 YOE for Uber. I have the following offers

1. Zomato : Product Analyst , 21 LPA all fixed

2. Meesho: Snr. Business Analyst, 20 Fixed + 12 Esops (3yrs vesting)

3. Uber: Manager (L3) - In process (mostly they'll match to retain)

He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match.
