Kind souls who successfully exited to Google,
Would you be kind enough to refer me to a role at Google!
Came across a role that's a good fit. Would ideally like to target it through a referral and not by applying through the career site.
Would also love to maybe take you for a meal or alike to thank you for it :) Google

What office? In general I’d be surprised if they proceeded with the process if they think your salary expectations are unfeasible. Our recruiters usually give it to you straight. Either way, the conversations are free, eh?
Definitely doable.
For what it's worth, the Toronto Slalom office was essentially founded by exodus from Toronto MC/Strat, and those leaving did not take a step down in salary.
work with it, and it won’t be an issue. Wouldn’t jump unless at minimum $150k base. Possible? Not sure if they’re going to make me have more convos and potentially come back with an offer that’s totally off.
Insights, Slalom folks?
Agreed with the above poster. In NYC 150 base is definitely doable. Two of my directs have that salary with similar years experience
They must be desperate for your skill set. That said, just talked to them myself and they have the local model without offshore, which means they charge enough to cover the higher salaries without the tax for overhead. Higher blended hourly rate, but probably still very competitive on overall cost.
I was in the SF office for a number of years and never saw a base at 150 for a consultant, though it would be definitely possible if you’re at a leadership level.
