For tech it's about total compensation, base bonus and stock at least. At least 30% hike in total compensation
You could definitely find that exit op with that TC.
I will try to have same or similar base as current one and minimum of 300k as TC.
$300k+ should be normal at SM level, but depends on how you interview and location. Shoot for the moon and go from there
I would say do not go for anything less than 300k plus a really good sign on. A sign on above 20% of base is good.
FYI: I took a base cut but TC increase
Most likely going to have a take a hit on base
Would be good to consider where you are in the promotion pipeline too given you said you are relatively happy to stay. There are a lot of positives to staying long term, so just something else to consider.
