So, a senior person at work told me I was too hard on myself when I shared that I am very anxious because my very junior team is not detail oriented and the client dings us for this, and I feel like all I do is try to preempt mistakes being sent to the client, but there are so many it’s like catching rain in a sieve. They then said I should talk to my therapist about this. I didn’t want to look defensive and say I don’t see a therapist, but I am regretting not speaking up.
