Why does everyone conveniently forget about the bush email scandal? Hell they even outed a CIA agent.
Politicians lie for their own benefit?! Who knew? Trump seems so honest, I'd never call him a crook except for those times he refused to pay contractors and consultants he owed money to (I love it when my clients don't pay me for my work, go bankrupt so they never have to, but still keep their wealth!). #theybothsuck #clintonsucksalittleless
Exactly. Hillary is not an inspiring candidate. But trump is a sleaze who at best is saying awful things to appeal to the lowest common denominator or at worst actually believes some of those things and will work to institute them over the next four years. "Those things" refers to banning a set of immigrants based on their religion, building a useless wall, not believing in climate change despite overwhelming evidence, being able to "print money" to avoid the country defaulting (lol), banning abortion, having a tax plan that cuts revenue so much we would have to grow by 9% to make up for it (not gonna happen), legalize water boarding (torture) which has been proven to only result in false positives, repeal obamacare and replace it with "something" still to be determined. And yes, I'd like the president of the US to not speak in the ridiculous way he speaks - it's ok to be not "PC" in fact I like straight shooters, but straight shooters with a college level vocabulary, not one who sounds like a 5th grade bully. Vote Gary Johnson, vote Clinton, write in whoever, but voting for trump is a vote for idiocy.
I look forward to the day democrats can stop using bush to excuse their failures 🙄
You realize one email scandal has nothing to do with the other, right?
I'm with OW1 - the two email scandals are two entirely different issues. For one, the scandal is on sharing secret intel and compromising homeland security. For the other, it is about using network to thwart a democratic process, that happens to become known as it appeared in an email.
Not all Democrats are the same. The ones calling the DNC to be fired support Bernie, because she clearly screwed him over. The rest support Hillary.
Well one being wrong doesn't excuse the other
Bernie lost to Hillary by 4 million votes and in every major city / suburban area except Brooklyn. Fuck Bernie, go Hillary. No shit we didn't want a socialist winning our nomination- he would stand no chance in the general election. And let's not forget Bernie Sanders wasn't a Democratic Party member until he realized he wouldn't have a chance as an independent so the party owes him nothing. Reince Preibus would've been wise to pursue a strategy that stopped Trump's insurrection, because now they're gonna lose yet another presidential election.
In consulting speak - these issues are not mutually exclusive. Hillary, the DNC, and the Bush Admin along with the Obama admin, can all be crooked. That doesn't mean Trump isn't a sociopath that would be terrifying with the nuclear codes.

Who said anyone did - but they went after Libby, at least there was a fall guy
Had an employee been so careless, they would have at least been fired. She actually lied under oath too which the Director of the FBI stated he would need a referral from congress to investigate. That issue may not be over. Hillary Clinton is dirty. The DNC was out to stop Sanders. That doesn't mean Bush was clean or that Trump is remotely a good idea.
Holy shit that rhymed. Coffee is flowing today.
Also, Dems are upset with the facts that the DNC emails evidence. The accusations about Hilary's emails have nothing to do with the revelations about her stances or actions. They have to do with whether the content should be discussed by that medium.
She also isn't a novice, she knew better and she did lie, then lied under oath
As an aside when will these politicians learn that anything they put in writing on an electronic device is able to be discovered. I'm probably a little too liberal with my discourse on Lync, and I would be fired if our FB network was exposed, but they really should remove their expectation of privacy. It's like Jennifer Lawrence and that iCloud gate - if you're high profile you shouldn't be exchanging any sensitive information electronically.
@EY2. Let's change one of your assumptions - they generally know they shouldn't put things like that on email. I bet that the "really nasty" stuff is not recorded in an email thread...
@d3 I don't think they do though. DWS is in her 40s, I don't think we are going to see these email and text message scandals when we are in our 40s because all these 20 something political staffers in DC have grown up learning that technology isn't safe and can be exposed. But then again, history repeats itself, and nationalism worked super well before...
D3 - Clinton knows better in terms of classified docs on a personal server. She also used multiple devices. The DNC slanted it towards clinton going back to debated scheduling. There are campaign finance issues there as well.
