So I have a dilemma… I have a contract gig that’s been going on for a couple of months now. While I search for a full time. Everything is project based of course but, now since projects are slowing down or put on hold there’s no income coming in. On our morning status call we were informed it’s now required to come in with a new “marketing trend” to present. In my mind it equates to free labor. Am I wrong for not participating in this as I’m a contract AD not getting paid to to do this?

When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.
