Hi everyone! I'm looking to apply for a Strategy and Operations Role at Google . They are asking for 3 years of work ex but I only have slightly more than 2 years of work ex in Operations. Would it make sense to still try for it if I only meet the Operations side of requirements and not strategy side?

If you weren’t asked to prepare a presentation, I doubt they expect one. You might bring a copy of your résumé. But somehow I doubt they will ask for that either.

Congrats on making it to the next round! Unless they asked for a presentation, you’ll be fine just speaking—just be ready to showcase your experience confidently.

Agree with other comment. Unless they ask you for one don’t. Go in there and show your value.

Just be prepared. Few notes or keywords to keep you on track and you'll be okay. Goodluck!

I’d just be prepared to speak to your accomplishments , skills and experience. Unless they asked for it explicitly, I’d save that energy for doing well in the interview
