Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.
Regards,

After weeks of no contact Goldman Sachs have finally come back to me with an offer of £75k for an associate role within Global markets ops (collateral management) in London. I initially gave them salary expectation of £80-85k and have 2 competing offers around £80k range. I’ve tried to negotiate and tried to ask for higher but they won’t budge or match my other offers. They’re saying the pay is in line with the peer group and my experience (7.5 years). Am I being lowballed? Goldman Sachs
Always try to negotiate. The only time you really have any power in your salary is at the beginning.
From my experience its always great to bring these conversations up with your people leader. I think they can always go back on your behalf. Also I don’t see why you can’t negotiate a higher salary. No harm in asking the question right? :)
As a campus hire we do not even have any power at the beginning lol
