So I’m employed with 2 orgs that are completely seperate domains and have no conflict. The lesser job my manager wants me to apply for a higher role. I am worried if they do a background check they will find my other employment and have a problem with it? Any one have experience in being promoted with one org while working at another?

Anyone looking at traveling to Costa Rica? They have a list of states from which they will admit tourists while also requiring a negative covid test, health history, etc. As someone not on the approved list, I am bitter and curious why the population is grouped at a state level when there are massively different rates of infection within each state (not to mention personal responsibility) and you are already required to present a negative test. Any idea how often those lists get updated?
