So I’m looking for advice. I recently started a new position at a big firm. I got a package in the mail that was addressed to OC. I asked a coworker what I should do with it and she told me to mail the settlement checks to OC.
Well today one of the partners asked where the checks were and I told her what happened. She was very angry. Sent me a passive aggressive email and cc’d HR and the main partner for the firm.
Should I be worried? I haven’t made any mistakes since starting this is my first.

Received an offer from JPM for a branch manager position, but afraid of getting the offer rescinded due to going through bankruptcy almost 3 years ago . I’m freaking out hoping this won’t be an automatic disqualification, has anyone been through this same experience and gotten hired in?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

Second year associate here who recently switched from litigation to corporate law. I am absolutely swamped while simultaneously having no idea what I’m doing ever and I’m feeling so burnt out. The partners are pretty great and feedback is constructive which I’m grateful for, but I’m so desperate for a compliment I’ve been saving any scrap of positivity in a folder 😭 it’s December 22 and I haven’t done my Christmas shopping because I don’t feel capable of thinking about it.
