So, lost my Cyber security job, 7 months ago, but started a similar perspective job yesterday, cracking open phones, laptops, tablets, game systems and PCs to do repairs. I was chatting with claude.ai about it and it pointed out how getting into the devices, I can find new vectors that hackers might try to exploit. I liked that angle, and was paying more attention to the components today.

Folks, has anyone encountered anxiety twitching and how did you deal with it? Apparently there is a term for this when I googled, I get nervous easily in general and started having face twitching from time to time in vid calls, which was so awful even tho I tried my best to hide 😭

I have to support my family financially. Usually my mom cooks for the family so groceries only cost $1200/month. However, my mom is abroad for 2 months so it’s just my siblings and they can’t cook so they’ve been using my card for doordash. I think there are days when they spend $100+/day. I recently accepted an offer and have onboarding coming up. Any idea how busy I’ll be in the evenings for those couple of days? Have any of you pursued a graduate certificate in cyber security? If so, did you find any value in it? I currently have Bachelors and Sec+. I’m looking to obtain my AWS CCP in the few coming weeks and was looking for what to get next. Currently stuck in risk but interested in Cyber. Have done one related engagement from a regulatory perspective. But a lot of posts here making me think it’s harder to break into than I expected (non-technical background). If you had a six sigma green belt / supply chain degree/exp., would you still go through the effort of going into Cyber or take easy risk money being offered / easier transition back to supply chain? 2-3 YOE and trying to decide career course, any advice highly appreciated
