Yikes, be careful! Ice down that wrist and get it checked. Some days are like that, when things start to unravel, boy, they really, as you say, take a turn. Hoping tomorrow is better for you. Rest your arm and wrist and don't be a hero with the yard work, it'll wait for you.

O totally took it easy today. The wrist moves okay, but is still terribly painful to touch or if I bump it. The upper arm is super tender. If it is still paining me on Monday, I will reach out to my doctor. I only watered my yard tonight. No yard work today!
Covid just won't go away! I hate that for you! I think I take for granted what all my husband does around the house until he gets sick...
I hope you didn't break anything!

Thank you. The doctor didn't give my Hubz any medicine. He said there is a Covid medicine, but it can seriously affect the heart, and even more so if a person already has heart issues.

Gonna try to work outside for a little while today, but I have to take it easy with my wrist. Oddly, I can not get in to see my doctor until Wednesday.

Well, today was a wash. Feeling super sick today. Upset tummy and headache. I guess the forced rest was something I needed.
Oh no! It sounds like you also needed to take a break today.

...and I did. Did a bit more shopping and paid bills, but other than that, I took an easy day.
