I use just MCT oil in my coffee and it doesn’t have the extra coconut flavor. The ghee/butter addition makes me feel sick so I keep it simple!
I also make a mousse using mascarpone cheese, creek fraiche, instant coffee (or a 1/2 shot of espresso), a splash of vanilla and a couple of drops of stevia. So so good. I just use a small tub of each from Trader Joe’s and wing it so not sure about measurements

I like to add mct oil and ghee to my coffee! Could also use coconut oil in coffee, it’s hides any flavor pretty well.
Also a huge fan of Ketomanna (mct oil, coconut oil and chocolate) and almond butter!

Full fat Greek yogurt
Eggs
Raw macadamia nuts
Don’t force fat unless you’re in gain mode. In loss mode you want to fuel off of body fat which your body won’t need to if you’re ‘getting all the fat in'
Cheese and salami
MCT oil has no flavor
Seconding D1. MCT doesn’t take like coconut.
I also add olive oil to most foods.
Ghee is also a 100% fat version of butter.
